About Us
Founded in 2021 under RYAAA Respite Care Inc., we began with a simple mission — to provide quality in-home care services that promote comfort, dignity, and independence for individuals in their own homes.
Over time, we recognized a critical gap between hospital discharge and long-term residential care. Many individuals were returning home without adequate transitional support, increasing the risk of readmission or delayed recovery.
In response to this critical gap, we evolved our model of care and launched NewStep Transitional Homes in 2025 (registered in 2021). This innovative program extends our in-home expertise into hospital discharge support, short-term recovery housing, and supportive living environments — offering a safe, compassionate bridge between hospital and home.
At NewStep, we believe recovery thrives in a home-like setting surrounded by skilled caregivers and a community that cares. Our homes are designed to restore confidence, stability, and hope — helping each client take the next step toward independence with dignity.
